(I) Job responsibilities: 1. Made department development plans according to the company's development strategy, and carried out capacity planning and department personnel planning; 2. Guided and coordinated equipment maintenance of the department, reviewed key equipment maintenance plans and conducted on-site supervision; 6. Assisted in the recruitment and selection of technical and management personnel of the department, formulated training plans, and built the talent echelon of the department; 7. Formulated the work plan of the department, divided labor and organized work, decomposed the management and implementation of the department's target performance and comprehensive budget; 8. Promote lean production projects; 9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. (II) Job requirements: 1. Threshold index 1: bachelor degree (high school direct examination) or above, major in chemistry, inorganic non-metallic materials or related (please carefully mark this condition); 2.
