Guangzhou Zhujiang Optonix New Materials Co., LTD. (ZOX), established in 1996, was formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Chemical of Japan in China. In 2011, ZOX was acquired 100% by Golden Dragon Rare Earth, a subsidiary of Xiamen Tungsten Industry Co., LTD. (XTC). Xiamen Tungsten Industry involves tungsten, molybdenum, rare earth, new energy materials and other fields, which is one of the first batch of circular economy demonstration enterprises and one of the leading enterprises of large rare earth enterprise groups.
The production base of ZOX is located in Guangzhou, and it is a high-tech enterprise and Guangdong lighting fluorescent materials engineering technology R&D center. With a total investment of 82 million yuan, ZOX covers an area of 15,000 sqm and a floor area of 12,000 sqm. Adhering to the policy of high-quality phosphor manufacturers, ZOX focuses on the R&D, production and sales of phosphor for energy-saving lamps, long afterglow phosphor and phosphor for special. Now it has obtained more than 100 core invention patents and utility model patents. In recent years, the company has continuously increased its R&D and production efforts in the field of long afterglow phosphor and phosphor for special, continuously meeting the diversified needs of customers with high-quality products.
